Designed primarily to meet the needs of racing in a small market area, the Monroe speedway is currently under construction with a few unique elements. Designed with a multi-groove banking as an asphalt track, cost restrictions forced the creative analysis and changed to a single-banked, 3/8-mile, concrete, straight banked track. The track now includes 12-degree banking in the turns and 6-degree banking in the straights. Designed as a general entertainment track for the local population, the track will provide sanctioned races for ASA Late Models, IMCA Sport Mods, INEX Legends, and Karting.
